You will be having 1 Fine Day at this home. Located at the foot of the bridge, the location couldn't be any more perfect. This home offers oceanfront views, a private pool, and close proximity to lots of amenities Holden Beach has to offer. With a large fully stocked kitchen, cooking your favorite meals will be a breeze. The dining room has plenty of seating for showing off your cooking skills. Sit back and relax in the large living area overlooking the ocean. Need some fresh air? Take a step onto the oceanfront decks for beautiful views every way you look. The front deck has amazing views of the Holden Beach bridge. This spacious home offers four bedrooms. The lower-level oceanfront bedroom 1 is a master suite with a private bath. The upper level includes a sitting area with oceanfront views. Bedroom 2, a Queen bedroom with private bath. Bedroom 3 a Queen bedroom with a Jack & Jill Bath connected to bedroom 4 which is a double bed and bunk bedroom. Upstairs also has an office closet perfect for our guests who work from home. Go play in the ocean with a short walk to the beach then come back to cool off in your own private pool with plenty of seating. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor Hot/Cold shower. Then settle in for family game night! Walk to concerts, festivals, town park, ice cream shops, candy stores, and restaurants. The town park includes a splash pad, playground and covered pavilion. Bed linens provided (Bedrooms Only) For Weekly Rentals. No towels provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

We're here right now. This house is AWESOME. we're no Rockefellers but we stay at houses on the beach all the time and this is one of our favorites. The pictures don't do it justice. FYI, there are kitchen towels here plus a coffee making and filters. Also, cooking oil, spices and charcoal. I highly highly highly recommend this house. Oh, the price is very reasonable. Enjoy!!!!

Great floor plan for our needs!! Kitchen was well stocked, the beach accessories this house keeps were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. 10/10 would recommend. We will return.

Our beach week was the 3rd week in July, 2017 and our family agreed it was the best vacation ever. We rented 1 Fine Day, which is an amazing beach house property! It is the best equipped property we've rented in Holden Beach or anywhere! It had any kind of utensil, pots, pans, or cooking devices you could need. Plenty of silverware, plates, cups, and a large pantry, too.The beds, rooms & baths were comfortable and spacious. The decor was beautiful, light & airy- the perfect beach house for our family. It was such an advantage to have the spacious pool on the lower deck level as well as the short boardwalk to the beach with our grandchildren being so young. We all loved this property and plan to rent 1 Fine Day on our next Holden Beach family vacation🏖. Thank you - from The Greco Families from SC, NY & CA.
