The lower half of the duplex has a live in tenant. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

We have come to this property 9 years. We will come back every year we can. Very affordable 2 bedroom ocean front with a fantastic deck for ocean viewing and star gazing. Easy beach access. Totally relaxing. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Love the Captain’s Quarters. The name is befitting. It reminds me of a place a sea Captain would escape too between sea journeys. Small and quaint with the emphasis on the Ocean with the open deck to view the sea and the starry sky. We book 2 weeks a summer at our favorite vacation spot in the world. You can’t beat Holden Beach
