Overall we enjoyed the property. The big downside was no dining space to gather for dinners or to play games. For our group of 7, it also meant that 2 people had to balance plates on their lap. This would be an important factor in considering to rent again.. The laundry under the house was inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable, great location. We had almost everything we needed. The AC ran great. The porch is perfect for hanging out with the best view ever! We just loved Seaside.

Seaside is a lovely house. We have stayed in it for the past few years and always enjoy our time here. The owners do a great job of keeping up the maintenance and improving the interior. This was our 42nd summer coming to Holden Beach and have always enjoyed the accommodations. we love it.

Awesome week at Seaside! The house was perfect for our family! We loved eating every meal at the picnic table on the picnic table on the porch while watching the waves. Would definitely recommend Seaside!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Holden Beach at the Seaside. Being able to walk out the back door across the deck and across the dune and be at the ocean was great!
