Description

Come and enjoy the beach in this 2nd row home with a private pool and inverted floor plan. Make memories with the family and take a short walk to the ocean or stay by the private pool. Relax in the rockers on the deck while watching the sun set and feel the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well equipped and includes granite counter tops and an open floor plan to the dining room and living area. This home is located in the West end of the island with beach access located between 1105 & 1107. Rinse off after your day at the ocean in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms Only) , towels and a starter pack is provided for weekly rentals.

Truly a great experience! This house was awesome for our family and was in a wonderful spot. It was our First time coming to the beach in the fall. Honestly the best time to come. Despite the hurricane coming the day before we came still had awesome weather and even better finding shells. Plan on using coastal many years to come, and would come stay in this house anytime of the year!

This has been the most wonderful home for our family! We’ve already reserved for 2026.Beautiful, convenient, and clean. The most comfortable, home-like property we’ve rented at Holden Beach. The owners have done a great job of decorating, and supplying everything one would need.I think we’ve found our forever HB house!! 😎😎😎😎😎Thanks!!

This place was beautiful inside and out. The pool was our only down fall but that isn’t the properties fault hurricane ian came the day before came and brought some cold front in. But this has been a great trip and a great place to come back to year after year!

-2 the C exceeded our expectations! Kitchen was very well stocked, the pool was fantastic (we couldn't keep our grandkids out of it! ), and the location was perfect being right across from the beach access!Unfortunately, our additional guests were unable to make the trip at the last minute, but we think there would have been plenty of room for a small family reunion.

this was our first year going to the beach with the family and we didn't really know what to expect. When we arrived @ Holden Beach we were pleasantly surprised. We had a great time and kids loved their time spent @ the beach. The house was beautiful and the fact that it had a private pool was an added bonus. The house was clean and well maintained, with close proximity to the beach which was by the way very clean. We are planning to go back next year and looking forward to it already.
